Last weekend we dusted off the Howtoons book I'd given to Ocean for xmas this year. Within it's pages where cartoon-like instructions for many things, a 'Marshmallow Shooter' being one of them. The girls were able to construct two fully operational shooters from PVC fittings and tube I found within the depths of a former workshop.
The only problem we found was keeping the ammunition uneaten.

A trip to a gulf island is seldom without a show of arts by one or (in this case) several different kinds of exhibition. In this case, it was music by Shane Philip, live painting by Dave Oram and a fire dancing duo from Campbell River. At one point in the evening, I believe all three were happening simultaneously.

The Omega Nutrition Center doesn't mess around. It's only a third of a horse, but somehow it finds the gear reduced might to chew through any vegetable, fruit or frozen substance you can throw at it. You get to pick : a) squeeze the juice and mulch the pulp or b) chew it all up and spit it out together. It's a great invention!
