It might be the perfect symmetry, or perhaps the chrome finish. Or maybe the allure could be attributed to something else entirely. Whatever it is, there's something about ball bearings that Ocean and I both find attractive. Here's a recent portrait I borrowed a large-ish bearing for.

Peaceful Wind Landscape and Design is the name of a good friend's freelance entity. He crafts beautiful waterscapes and other backyard phenomena. It was my pleasure to develop a complete website for his business ... which is now live!

I've been told by a veteran bathtub racer that he's never seen a team build a facility to work on a bathtub boat before. Usually, an individual or team just takes over a room, shop or shed. Well, we're happy to be a first. Although, to be honest, it's supposed to be a potting shed for a friend's mom.
